BlueZette – A Unique Musical Trio

BlueZette offers a delightful blend of retro tunes along with current hits including favorites from The 5th Dimension, Burt Bacharach and Sergio Mendes as well as Norah Jones. They put their own spin on several favorite standards which are sure to please many musical tastes.

BlueZette made their Tri-City debut in November of 2004 at Savvy Affair... A Fashion Show benefiting Children's Hospital. Since then, they have enjoyed appearing at many grand openings, private and corporate parties, provided entertainment for the Washington State Wine Commission, and at the 2005 Sound Bite Tri-Cities in Columbia Park.

 

Steve Haberman, pianist extraordinaire, has been a professional musician since 1960, performing throughout the United States live and on television. Since arriving in the Tri-Cities in 1995, Steve has taught piano, coached vocalists, and performed with all of the Tri-City theater groups.  Steve has been the musical director of Variety International, The Children's Charity in Des Moines, Iowa for over 16 years.  He has recorded eight original songs and played on numerous recordings. Steve produced his very own show Broadway...A Musical Revue and Richland Light Opera Company staged Steve Haberman's Hooray For Hollywood.  He is the featured pianist as well as arranger and conductor on the new Jerry Douglas CD The Best Is Yet To Come, and is Jerry's tour music director. Steve also scored his first independent film in LA this past summer.

Cathy Kelly has been singing and performing since her teens and has been a lead singer for various cover bands including Scarlet Letter and Mudshark. She has also performed in a variety of community theater musical productions.  In addition to being a mom of two great kids, Cathy is involved in several business endeavors and works at Nouveau Skin Care & Day Spa.

 

Trish Thompson learned her love of music from her family. Her studies include opera and piano, and she enjoyed participating in her Salem, Oregon high school and college vocal groups. Trish has four sweet kids aged 8-18, and works in fashion as a consultant for Doncaster Women's Clothing.
